Report of the Risks and Benefits of Fish Consumption Available

A Report by the Joint Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) Expert Consultation on the Risks and Benefits of Fish Consumption is now available. The report recommends a framework for assessing the net health benefits or risks of fish consumption in order to provide guidance to national food safety authorities.
