T. Todd Jones measuring a dead severely decomposed juvenile Kemp's ridley that was found washed ashore along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi during the Deepwater Horizon response in 2010. During the response, NOAA sent staff from every region to help out. Jones is from Hawaii.
