	Why couldn’t I find the form I’m looking for?
	NOAA fisheries has tried to make as many forms as possible fillable on line. Some forms, however, such as multi-part logbooks that must be kept onboard vessels do not lend themselves to being on the web. Please contact NMFS.Forms@noaa.gov for more information about specific forms.
	Why can’t I submit the filled in forms electronically?
	This Portal is a first step. We plan to add the capability of submitting forms electronically, on a case by case basis, as resources permit.
