Caribbean Fishery Management Council

The Caribbean Fishery Management Council (CFMC) is responsible for the creation of management plans for fishery resources (FMPs) in Federal waters off Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.

The following Fishery Management Plans are under CFMC jurisdiction:

• Corals and Reef Resources (2005)
• Reef Fish (2005)
• Spiny Lobster (2005)
• Queen Conch (2005)
