This project resulted in a book entitled Beyond Waste: Navigating Fisheries Byproducts in the Northeast. This book is aimed at northeastern fishermen, seafood processors, and entrepreneurs interested in learning about the opportunities and pitfalls presented by fishery byproducts at the turn of the millennium.
