2008 Prescott Grant Annual Solicitation
Details and guidance on how to submit proposals for competitive funding are provided through the Full Funding Opportunity (FFO) [pdf]. Please read the FFO carefully for guidance on funding priorities, eligibility criteria, screening, and review and selection procedures (including evaluation criteria). The FFO also contains required elements for a complete proposal (including those for completing the required Federal forms)--please be sure to read them prior to submitting your proposal via Grants.gov. If proposals are missing required elements they will not be accepted through Grants.gov, and if mailed, they will be returned to the applicant. Proposals that fail to meet the 25% matching requirement will be returned and not considered in the competition. To ensure that you are providing adequate match, please utilize the Cost Share Calculator.
Please note that you must be registered with Grants.gov in order to apply for funding electronically, and that the registration process can take several weeks. Please click here for further instructions on how to register with Grants.gov [pdf]. We strongly prefer to receive proposals electronically through Grants.gov--please only submit your proposal by mail if you have extenuating circumstances and cannot submit online.
Please carefully read the FFO [pdf] and the FAQ; if you have a question not covered in either document please contact the Prescott Grant program office at 301-713-2322.
