(1) Bycatch reports [SFA Sec. 108(a)(7); M-SFCMA Sec. 303(a)(11)]: Standardized

reporting methods to assess the type and amount of bycatch in the fishery

management measures to avoid bycatch or minimize mortality of bycatch
