Overview and scope of task and sub-tasks:

A. In consultation and cooperation with the Governors of Samoa, Guam and CNMI,

develop marine conservation plans and implementing regulations consistent with the

Magnuson-Stevens Act National Standards (as amended), Operational Guidelines, and

existing FMPs for Secretarial review and action for the fisheries off those territories.

B. Develop marine conservation plans and implementing regulations consistent with

the Magnuson-Stevens Act National Standards (as amended), Operational Guidelines,

and existing FMPs for Secretarial review and action for the fisheries in all other parts

of the Council's region.
