| Completed | A. Letter from Southwest Regional Administrator to Governors of Guam, Samoa and |
| the CNMI advising them of the need to develop marine conservation plans, in |
| cooperation with the Western Pacific Fishery Management Council, conforming to the |
| Magnuson-Stevens Act National Standards (as amended), Operational Guidelines and |
| existing FMPs. The marine conservation plans must be submitted for review and |
| approval to the Secretary. [See also activity N-09.05 above] |
