The Atlantic Shark Identification Workshop Originally Scheduled For September 7, 2017, In Panama City, FL Has Been Rescheduled To November 30, 2017

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) requires that Atlantic Shark Dealer permit holders attend and become certified at Atlantic Shark Identification Workshops (71 FR 58057; October 2, 2006).  These workshops are conducted monthly at various locations along the Atlantic coast and Gulf of Mexico.  The dates and locations of the workshops are announced quarterly through publication of a notice in the Federal Register, letters to affected permit holders, and an e-mail notice to subscribers of “Atlantic HMS News.” 

This is to announce that the Atlantic Identification Workshop in Panama City, FL that was originally scheduled for September 7, 2017, has been rescheduled.

The New Date Is:                             November 30, 2017

The Location Remains:                 LaQuinta Inn & Suite
                                                     7115 Coastal Palms Boulevard
                                                     Panama City, FL 32408

The Time Remains:                        12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
