115. Enforcement.

Summary:
Under section 311(e)(1), the scope of the enforcement
fund is now broadened, notably to include MMPA violations.
Section 311(e)(2) limits rewards to the lesser of $20,000 or 20
percent of the penalty collected. Section 311(g) encourages the
Secretary to support cooperative enforcement agreements between
the Federal Government and the Pacific Insular Areas.
