Status Of U.S. Fisheries
NOAA Fisheries is beginning quarterly updates in order to improve the timeliness of information on the status of fish stocks. The update also incorporates the new Fish Stock Sustainability Index (FSSI) performance measure and shows the score for each of the 230 stocks in the FSSI. NOAA Fisheries will continue to publish the Status of U.S. Fisheries Report to Congress annually.
